To order paintings from 333.art.gallery, simply contact us via e-mail with the name of the artist and painting you intend to purchase. We will send a confirmation e-mail of your order.
How to Pay

Please send a note to [email protected], once payment is complete to prompt for the shipping process.
We ship to customers worldwide via FedEx. Typically, the shipment arrives at the destination within 7-10 working days.
Shipping charges vary from continent to continent. The cost is also influenced by the weight and size of the painting. We recommend all of our customers to opt for the shipping insurance option – which normally charges 2% of the value of goods.
Original oil paintings on canvas are shipped stretched in the frame and packed in a corrugated cardboard box with a heavy-duty outer liner. If the client specifies for the canvas to be taken off from its frame, we carefully roll the canvas under an air bubble wrap. We use hard paper tubes to provide maximum protection.
- Sculptures, paintings on wood or brass are sent in a corrugated cardboard box with a heavy-duty outer liner.
- Fine art print will be shipped flat in a heavy-duty corrugated cardboard box.
Return and Refund Policy
- What if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation?
All damaged goods should be returned to 333art.gallery immediately. It is recommended that customers send us a note to inform of the damage incident immediately upon receiving the goods. 333art.gallery will reimburse 100% of insurance claims to the customer.
2. What if the painting is not exactly what I had in mind?
If the customer is not satisfied with the painting when it actually arrives, 333art.gallery offers a full refund to the customer. The artwork should be returned to the gallery in its original condition.
Options of a cash refund or artwork replacement can be worked out between the customer and the gallery.
- Cancellation of purchase within 7 days after the product reaches the recipient.
If the product is damaged due to transportation a video recording must be upon opening the package to show the damage of the product.
If the product is damaged during transportation, the seller (333art.gallery) shall refund the cost of delivery of the goods from origin to destination and from destination to origin for the customer. This refund shall be processed using the same payment method and shall be received within 30 working days.
If the customer returns the product from dissatisfaction with the product (Other than the product being damaged during transportation), The shop will only refund the product to the customer through the original payment method. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is in charge of shipping costs from the source and from the destination for returned products.
The shop will refund the money for the product after receiving the return within 30 working days.
Data collected from you when you complete the ‘Contact Us’ form will be used to help us work towards improving our website content, for internal marketing analysis and promotional purposes. We will not disclose your personal details to third parties.
